Seeking something warm and cozy to curl up with? Or craving a cool and refreshing thirst-quencher?
Whatever your mood, or the weather outside, this simple cocktail made with Lone Pine’s Earl Grey Gin is an easy-to-make palate pleaser.
First, making your own honey simple syrup is easy! Mix equal parts honey and water in a small container, sit the container in a bath of warm water to melt and dissolve the sugars, and stir until smooth and syrupy.
To serve cold:
Let the brewed tea sit for a few minutes to cool off before mixing with the other ingredients. Blend everything together in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice, then strain into a hi-ball glass filled with fresh ice.
To serve hot:
Steep a mug of Chickadee Farm Everyday Herbal tea, then stir in the Earl Grey Gin and honey simple syrup. (With this method, you can either use the honey syrup you’ve made or skip the work and just mix the honey right in.)
